The colouring is good, and the textures to the clothes were done well, this however, is all I'm acknowledging. Her forehead is very large to be anatomically correct and her eyebrows and lips look as if they've been stuck on with stickers. With that in mind, her top lip is off, the one side is bigger then the other and the mouth is crooked. Her ears look like they're attached to her temples instead of the side of her face. Further more your lighting is very confusing-is it coming from the back, the left, the right, or the front. Your highlights don't specify where your light source is coming from and makes for a confusing composition. The hair, with a bit more effort could be more then just a flick of the tablet. It comes across as two tone instead of mutli-highlighted.

End summary: A good effort, with a good colouring technique, but the facial anatomy needs more studying and a proper usage of lighting is called for. The edges of the painting could use with sharpening and more intense shadows/shading would bring those highlights to life. Overall, a good piece to start with, but the areas mentioned need serious attention to detail for this piece to be truly brilliant. The foundation is there, the good colouring technique is there, but you need to focus your energies in specific areas instead of scattering them.
